Frameway Metal is an ISO9001 and IATF16949 qualified Hong Kong based company located in BaoAn District of ShenZhen, which is 20 minutes driving from the ShenZhen Airport and just 8 minutes from Highway.
Frameway Metal has over 20 years of experience in luminaries manufacturing, domestic electrical appliances fabrication and precision motor components fabrication. We have over a hundred of single crank presses, double crank presses and hydraulic stamping machines ranging from 16 tonnes to 450 tonnes which enable us to have precision stampings and deep draw metal products. We also equip with CNC lathes, brazing welders, arc welders, laser welding machines, stud welding machines, spot welding machines to help fabricate metal assemblies.
We provide one-stop solution to our customers so we do provide surface finishing on the products. These includes: Laser marking, Pad Printing, Silk screen printing, Handcraft polishing, Automatic tube polishing in-house and partnership outsource painting and electroplating and assembly.
After going through our in-house ultrasonic cleaning line, we use various high precision equipment, e. g. Accretech CMM, for product measurement to ensure we only ship the correct products to our customers.
